Terry Rees

Mr. Rees brings over 42 years of estate planning and trust administration experience to the team including experience running a bank trust department.  He focuses his entire practice on helping individuals, families, and Trusts construct and implement solid estate plans that efficiently transfer assets in a tax-friendly manner whenever possible.  Mr. Rees takes great pride in patiently listening to his client’s wishes and carefully tailoring the necessary planning documents to fit their goals.

Mr. Rees earned his Bachelor of Arts degree and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas.  He is a retired, 7th degree Blackbelt in Karate and enjoyed teaching martial arts for many years. He resides in Lenexa with his wife and enjoys playing jazz on the guitar and bass.
